The Anti-Decubitus Foam Mattress Rhea with Cutalon and Jersey Covers combines pressure-relieving PU cold foam with a surface that helps support the microclimate around the body. During prolonged periods of lying down, pressure points and heat build-up can contribute to skin problems. This is where the mattress helps: it distributes pressure and supports more comfortable positioning – an important part of pressure ulcer prevention and supportive therapy up to Stage II.
Ease of handling is also important in everyday care. The Cutalon fitted cover is hard-wearing, can be hygienically processed and is washable at up to 95 °C – practical when high standards of cleanliness and infection prevention are required. The additional cotton jersey cover provides a familiar, soft feel.
