It supports pressure ulcer therapy up to stage 4 and is intended for people at very high risk according to commonly used assessment scales. Its anatomical shape and GELTOUCH technology provide greater seating comfort and a noticeably pleasant seating climate.
Prolonged sitting can create particularly high pressure peaks around the ischial tuberosities, often accompanied by shear forces, heat build-up and a feeling of instability while seated.
