The Anti-Pressure Ulcer Heavy-Weight Mattress Maxx 250 GREENLINE was developed for demanding pressure ulcer therapy for bariatric patients. It supports reliable pressure relief, improves the bed microclimate and can help relieve pain through pressure-relieving positioning. Ideal for care facilities, clinics and home care when there is a very high risk of pressure ulcers or an existing pressure ulcer up to Grade 4 (according to Prof. Seiler / EPUAP) needs to be treated.
In everyday care, one thing matters most: lasting pressure relief without constant readjustment. The Anti-Pressure Ulcer Heavy-Weight Mattress Maxx 250 GREENLINE combines a hyperelastic, 3-layer foam core with transverse and longitudinal cuts. This allows the surface to adapt to the body precisely and reduce pressure peaks – an important factor in pressure ulcer prevention and treatment, especially for patients with limited mobility.
The open-cell, breathable ECOLAST foam, with integrated ventilation channels that help regulate the bed microclimate, provides a more comfortable lying experience. A Supersoft zone relieves pressure on the head and heels – common problem areas during prolonged bed rest. Reinforced edges also improve stability, for example when transferring or getting up.
The Anti-Pressure Ulcer Heavy-Weight Mattress Maxx 250 GREENLINE is also designed with hygiene in mind for everyday care: the water-vapour-permeable PU incontinence cover is removable, washable at up to 95°C and can be wipe-disinfected. The mattress is maintenance-free and can be thermally reprocessed in accordance with RKI guidelines – making it suitable for structured hygiene processes.
