As a two-layer soft positioning mattress, the CARGUMIXT pressure relief mattress with ECO incontinence cover, 200 x 90 x 14 cm, combines an HR foam core with transverse cut-outs and a continuous viscoelastic lying surface. This distributes pressure over a larger area, helping to support blood circulation in tissue areas at risk of pressure ulcers. The cut-outs on the underside also improve adaptation to the movement of the bed, a noticeable advantage especially with adjustable care beds.

The foam core is encased in a shear-reducing jersey sleeve and a fully protective polyurethane cover. This incontinence cover is breathable, mite-proof, and resistant to blood and urine. It can be disinfected by wiping or cleaned at temperatures up to 95 °C. The mattress therefore addresses two common challenges in care: pressure relief and hygienic care.
