Description
The Dynair Senso Ball Cushion Ø 33 cm is a versatile training and therapy device for anyone who wants to bring more movement into their everyday sitting routine. Whether at the office, working from home or at home, the Dynair Senso Ball Cushion Ø 33 cm supports an active sitting posture, promotes dynamic stabilization and helps make long periods of rigid sitting more comfortable. Ideal for anyone who wants to easily incorporate back exercises into their daily routine.
With the Dynair Senso Ball Cushion Ø 33 cm, you can enjoy “active sitting”: small, continuous balancing movements can make your sitting position more varied and improve body awareness. One side features gentle Senso nubs, which feel pleasant and provide sensory stimulation. The other side is velvety smooth and offers a calm, comfortable surface. This means you can turn the Dynair Senso Ball Cushion Ø 33 cm to suit your preference and use it in different ways.
The firmness can be adjusted by changing the amount of air using the needle valve—from relatively firm to noticeably dynamic. This makes the cushion suitable for stabilization exercises, coordination training and many applications in therapy and everyday life. Practical bonus: an exercise poster is included, so you can get started right away. The product has also been tested and recommended by the “Healthy Back – Better Living” Forum (AGR) and the German Federal Association of Back Schools (BDR).
