Description
The Dynair Senso XL Balance Cushion 36 cm is a versatile training and therapy device for anyone who wants to sit more actively throughout the day and noticeably relieve pressure on their back. Whether at the office, working from home or at home: this balance cushion adds movement to sitting, encourages an upright posture and supports the core muscles. Ideal for people with sedentary jobs, back training, and therapy and prevention exercises.
The Dynair Senso XL Balance Cushion 36 cm turns an ordinary chair into a dynamic seat. Its slightly unstable surface encourages continuous, small balancing movements, keeping your body active without the need for a separate workout. This can help reduce one-sided sitting postures and improve body awareness.
For added comfort and varied training stimulus, the Dynair Senso XL Balance Cushion 36 cm has two different sides: one with gentle Senso nubs for stimulating sensory input, and the other with a velvety-smooth finish for a more relaxed sitting experience. The firmness can be adjusted to your preference using the needle valve, from a softer, more flexible seat to firmer support. The included exercise poster makes it easy to get started with balance and strengthening exercises, for example for the core, back and coordination.
