Description
The Genumedi PSS Extra-Wide Knee Brace with Grip Band, Lyons Blue was developed for anyone looking to reliably stabilise their knee during everyday activities or sports while also specifically relieving strain on the patellar tendon. Combining a knee brace with a patella strap, it supports secure joint guidance—ideal for high levels of activity, recurring discomfort around the kneecap or returning to activity after a break. The extra-wide fit provides a comfortable fit in size 4.
Designed as a sports knee brace, the Genumedi PSS Extra-Wide Knee Brace with Grip Band, Lyons Blue features a carefully engineered system with a two-part pad and an offset strap system. This provides balanced pressure distribution to stabilise the knee joint without unnecessarily restricting freedom of movement. The tendon pad with friction studs provides targeted stimulation and can help relieve strain on the patellar attachment points—particularly useful during activities such as running, jumping or frequent stair climbing.
At the same time, the brace can improve proprioception and sensorimotor function: users become more aware of their knee, helping many feel more secure during dynamic movements. Thanks to its anti-slip system and grip band, the Genumedi PSS Extra-Wide Knee Brace with Grip Band, Lyons Blue stays reliably in place during activity. Practical bonus: a physiotherapy exercise board is included to help you train your knee in a controlled way and further support stability.
