Description
The GenuTrain titan Comfort is a knee brace that specifically relieves and stabilizes your knee without unnecessarily restricting your freedom of movement. By activating the muscles that stabilize the joint, it helps you walk, stand or exercise with greater confidence. Ideal for people with sensitive knees, irritation or who want more control in everyday life and during movement – in the subtle Titan color.
The GenuTrain titan Comfort combines stabilization with massage in a carefully designed way. Lateral meniscus wings have a pain-relieving effect on the menisci and can be soothing, especially for discomfort caused by weight-bearing. In addition, so-called Hoffa spots stimulate the Hoffa’s fat pad, which may promote metabolism and support the body’s own regeneration processes.
Another advantage of the GenuTrain titan Comfort: Complex stimulation of mechanoreceptors can improve coordination and thus support sensorimotor skills and physiological movement patterns. This is particularly helpful if your knee feels “unstable” or if, after a period of reduced activity, you want to return to smoother movement. The massage effect can also loosen tense muscles, tendons and fascia around the knee joint, helping to improve mobility. At the same time, the brace supports the resorption of edema and effusions and aids the healing process in cases of irritation – whether in everyday life, on a walk or during moderate exercise.
