The honeycomb soft-cushioning insole PegContour Insole Universal for AllRound Shoe combines shock-absorbing cushioning with targeted pressure relief: removable honeycomb sections allow pressure to be relieved at specific points, exactly where pain or wound areas need protection. At the same time, its anatomically contoured shape ensures more even plantar pressure distribution, relieving the foot during everyday activities and significantly improving comfort in postoperative footwear.
Made from grindable PU material with high resilience, the PegContour® Insole Uni can be individually adjusted to fit optimally in the AllRound Shoe®. The soft insole cover, made from lengthwise- and crosswise-elastic polyester, feels comfortable and helps maintain a healthy foot climate. Its symmetrical design means the insole can be worn on either foot, making it suitable for flexible use—a practical choice when straightforward care is needed. The PegContour Insole helps reduce peak loads (pressure relief of up to 45%) and provides controlled guidance for the foot after surgery.
