Description
The lightweight wheelchair Pyro Start Duo armrests, PU, silver is a reliable standard wheelchair for anyone who depends on safe mobility and easy handling in everyday life. With its low overall weight and practical features, the Pyro Start is particularly suitable for users, family members and caregivers looking for a robust companion at home, on the go or in a care facility – without unnecessary frills.
As a lightweight wheelchair, the Pyro Start is designed to make everyday journeys and transfers noticeably easier. The adjustable, swing-away Duo side panels support transfers and getting close to a table or bed. The defined seat and backrest angles, together with the seat depth, provide an ergonomic seating position – ideal for regular wheelchair use. The legrests swing inward and outward and are easy to operate with their anatomically shaped handles; footplates with hook-and-loop heel straps provide additional support.
Safety matters in everyday use: the lightweight wheelchair Pyro Start Duo armrests, PU, silver features a driver-operated parking brake, a tipping aid and passive lighting for improved visibility. Thanks to its PU tires, the Pyro Start is also low-maintenance and durable – practical for frequent use at home, in a clinic or in a care environment. The extended wheelbase combined with an adapter block supports stable handling and helps provide a secure feeling while driving.
