Renia Ortec Contact Adhesive, 2 x 10 kg, is a toluene-free polychloroprene adhesive (CR) specially developed for flexible bonding in orthopedic technology. Renia Ortec Contact Adhesive, 2 x 10 kg, can be used to bond a wide range of materials, including leather, rubber, TR, PUR, EVA, industrial crepe and textiles, both in combination with one another and to themselves. It can also be used to bond PP and PE, and the adhesive also adheres to metal. This makes Renia Ortec Contact Adhesive, 2 x 10 kg, suitable for typical applications in everyday orthopedic technology, such as flexible constructions, repairs or material laminations, where a durable yet flexible bond is essential.
For more demanding applications, Renia Ortec can be used as a two-component system to significantly improve heat and chemical resistance. Its flexible drying time also makes it easier to process larger production runs by allowing workflows to be scheduled more effectively. Another advantage: pre-assembled materials can be stored for virtually unlimited periods if kept dust-free and protected from light. Note: This system cannot be used to bond soft PVC.
