Renia Vulkofest 96 Fast Adhesive 2 x 10 kg is a toluene-free polychloroprene adhesive developed specifically for demanding bonding applications in footwear and technical rubber products such as abrasion protection. It is designed for shoemakers, orthopedic technicians, workshops and industrial users who need a strong, reliable bond across a wide range of material combinations—without the use of toluene, making it particularly pleasant to work with.
Renia Vulkofest 96 Fast Adhesive 2 x 10 kg can be used to reliably bond almost all materials found in footwear: leather, rubber, TR, PUR, EVA, industrial crepe and other materials can be bonded to one another or to themselves. This makes the adhesive ideal for repairs, resoling, edge work and technical applications where rubber or footwear materials need a durable bond. Important: Soft PVC cannot be bonded.
For particularly demanding requirements, Renia Vulkofest 96 Fast Adhesive 2 x 10 kg can also be used as a two-component system. This improves adhesion to ferrous and non-ferrous metals and significantly increases heat and chemical resistance. In practice, this provides greater reliability for bonds exposed to stress—for example, at higher temperatures, in contact with chemicals or on difficult substrates. Drying and reactivation are also possible with an infrared lamp; reactivation can even be performed after several months—a clear advantage in everyday workshop use.
