Renia Vulkofest 96 Fast Adhesive 4 kg is a toluene-free polychloroprene adhesive developed specifically for demanding bonding applications on shoes and technical rubber products. Whether in a workshop, orthopedic shoemaking or industrial processing, this adhesive helps you create durable bonds cleanly and reliably. Its broad material compatibility is especially practical—ideal when different materials often need to be securely bonded together in everyday work.
Renia Vulkofest 96 Fast Adhesive 4 kg can be used to bond many materials found in footwear, such as leather, rubber, TR, PUR, EVA, industrial crepe and other materials, either to one another or “material to material.” This makes it an excellent choice for repairs, new constructions and adding wear protection to technical rubber products. Important: soft PVC cannot be bonded. For applications with more demanding requirements, Renia Vulkofest 96 Fast Adhesive 4 kg can also be used as a two-component system. This primarily improves adhesion to ferrous and non-ferrous metals and significantly increases heat and chemical resistance. In practice, this helps reduce common problems such as loss of bond strength under heat exposure or poor adhesion to metal. Drying and reactivation are possible with an infrared lamp—and reactivation can even be carried out after several months. Its toluene-free formulation and absence of tert-butylphenol also make Renia Vulkofest 96 Fast Adhesive 4 kg a suitable option for sensitive users.
