At the heart of the Unloader One SmartDosing lateral knee brace, black is its 3-point principle of action. It provides targeted, unicompartmental unloading that reduces pressure and can help relieve pain. Double straps ensure a precise fit and can be adjusted without tools using a dial (SmartDosing) – handy when needs change throughout the day or the fit needs to be quickly readjusted.
The polycentric joint supports natural knee movement and can optionally be fitted with ROM stops to limit movement. The perforated frame offers flexibility and ventilation, while breathable silicone pads help reduce slippage. A color-coded quick-release fastener makes the brace easy to put on and take off. Important: The joint is positioned on the affected compartment side; for lateral involvement, the brace joint is positioned laterally.
